We provide four options for account recovery. Choose the one that best fits your situation.

Option 1: Forgotten Password

Use one of your recovery codes in place of your password to sign in. If successful, you can set a new password after entering the six-digit code from your authenticator app.

Option 2. Lost Authenticator

If you can still sign in, use a recovery code to bypass the six-digit authenticator code. You can then revoke the old authenticator and link a new one to your account.

Option 3. Lost Recovery Codes

If you can still sign in, go to the Security tab in the user menu to generate new recovery codes.

Option 4. Loss of All Credentials

Contact support to request an evidence-based account review. Support may ask you to complete your security questionnaire or provide other information to help determine whether access can be restored.

Accounts inactive for more than six months are scheduled for removal.

If this is your only recovery option, register an email address below. You'll have 72 hours to contact support using that address. After 72 hours, it will be blocked from future recovery requests as a precaution.
